Scope of Work Product
We will provide a full narrative valuation opinion report which will include:
· A valuation opinion letter or introductory section summarizing the appraisal procedures and the valuation conclusions;
· Company description;
· Several sections summarizing the relevant valuation theory, methodology, procedures, analyses, and conclusions (including financial statement analysis and relevant industry/economic analysis);
· A valuation synthesis and conclusion;
· An exhibit section presenting a summary of the quantitative and qualitative appraisal analyses;
